Ade-Turton Completes 200-Meter Dash in :24.22

Goucher's 4 x 400 Relay Finishes in 3:44.11, 10th Place

SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Goucher's Tade Ade-Turton (Ocean City, Md./Parkside) not only recorded the second-fastest indoor time in school history in the 200-meter dash, but he also ran the opening leg on a 4 x 400-meter relay that finished in 3:44.11 at today's Susquehanna Open.

Ade-Turton completed the 200 in :24.22, good for 24th in a field of 51 runners.

Goucher's entry in the 4 x 400, which also included Adam Scipione (Walpole, Mass./Walpole), Steven Tenure (Sudbury, Mass./Lincoln-Sudbury) and Nicholas Stagno (Shaker Heights, Ohio/Shaker Heights) finished in 10th place with a time that ranks second all-time in the history of the school's indoor track and field program.

Goucher's entry in the distance medley relay also placed 10th. Composed of Scipione, Stagno, Zachary Martin (Victor, N.Y./Victor Central) and Joe Negreann (Denver, Colo./Cherry Creek), it turned in a combined time of 11:44.31.

There was no team scoring at the meet.
