Macaluso Finishes in Fourth Place in Long Jump

Cooney Surpasses 30-5 in Weight Throw, Good for Seventh Place

SELINSGROVE, Pa. - Goucher's Dana Macaluso (Huntington, NY/Huntington) placed fourth overall in the long jump competition at today's Orange & Maroon Indoor Classic.

The freshman, who broke the indoor school record in the long jump earlier this season with her effort of 15-feet, 11.5-inches at the Dickinson Indoor Holiday Meet, turned in a performance today of 15-feet, 7.5-inches.

Abby Cooney (Holden, MA/Wachusett Regional) was among the top performers today in the weight throw, placing seventh overall with a toss of 30-feet, 5.5-inches.
