TOWSON, Md. — The Goucher athletics department held its annual Blue & Gold Golf Outing this afternoon, with Hillendale Country Club hosting the event for a 19th consecutive year.
A total of 100 golfers teed off, with proceeds going towards Goucher’s Blue & Gold Society. The foursome of Matt Van Patten, Peter Young, Mike Yost and Phil Stasko, representing Apex Companies, LLC, took home first place with a team score of 50. The four champions each received $100 gift cards to the Hillendale Golf Shop.
Goucher coaches Brian Kelly (men’s lacrosse), Bryan Laut (men’s soccer) and Sean Peckham (men’s soccer) were among the participants. Greg Permison (Assistant Director of Annual Giving for Athletics), Andrew Wu (Assistant Dean for Student Development), Tom Phizacklea (Vice President for Finance) and Demian Canosa (Human Resource Generalist) also took part.
