SELINSGROVE, Pa. - School records were broken by Goucher athletes in three individual events and one relay at tonight's Susquehanna Indoor Invitational.

Steven Tenure (Sudbury, MA/Lincoln-Sudbury) and Charlie Rooney (Sea Bright, NJ/Christian Brothers Academy) were both involved in two of the new indoor records that were set at the meet. Tenure placed eighth overall in the 55-meter hurdles, establishing a new record with his time of :08.68. Rooney crossed the finish line in the 400-meter run in 19th place, but his time of :55.31 is the fastest in the history of Goucher's indoor track and field program in the event.

Tenure and Rooney were also part of Goucher's 4 x 400-meter relay that broke an indoor school record with its time of 3:44.12. Also part of that relay, which finished in 11th place, were Tade Ade-Turton (Ocean City, MD/Parkside) and Brendan Ference (Smallwood, NY/Monticello).

The other new record set at the meet was in the mile run by Adam Scipione (Walpole, MA/Walpole), who completed the event in 4:48.9, good for 15th place.
