Landmark Releases Spring Academic Honor Roll
Six Players Represent Goucher's Women's Lacrosse Program

MADISON, N.J. - Six women's lacrosse players were among the 37 student-athletes from Goucher who were recognized today by the Landmark Conference for academic accomplishments by being placed on the 2008 Spring Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll.
The honor roll contains the names of 363 student-athletes of sophomore standing or higher from the eight member institutions who played one of the eight sports in which the Landmark Conference conducts a championship during the spring and who have achieved a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
The following women's lacrosse players represented Goucher on the 2008 Spring Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll: Emily Blatter (Lexington, VA/Rockbridge County), Brittany Foster (Portland, ME/Portland), Kate Knitter (Sellersville, PA/Pennridge), Jenny Lucey (Newbury, NH/Kimball Union Academy), Sandy Okun (Stevenson, MD/McDonogh School) and Marlo Tersigni (Worcester, MA/Lawrence Academy).
The Landmark Conference, which includes eight like-minded
institutions covering the mid-Atlantic region, has concluded its
first year of competition.
