Some guidelines of what to include in your DVD or
Video:
- Show examples of game play which highlight what you do with and without the ball. It is just as important to see your play and positioning off the ball. Don’t be afraid to show a mistake. I want to see how you react to this.
- Show your individual skill work in practice situations. I want to see you dribbling the ball freely and through obstacles, hitting, pushing, passing and receiving to other players. Include examples of your specialization like shooting on goal, tackling, stopping corners, inserting corners. Also, include examples of 1 v1 offense and 1 v 1 defense.
