  • 2020-21 marks her third season as the women’s lacrosse head coach
  • Posted a 12-9 record in her first two seasons as head coach
  • Milestone wins: (1) vs. Cedar Crest, 2-23-19
  • Coached a player that reached 100 goals and points in her career
  • Coached a player that established a new program record for draw controls
    in a single season
  • Guided the team to its first non-losing season in three campaigns in her first year

  • Served as the head coach of  two girls club teams at the Coppermine Lacrosse Club
    where she led teams to tournament championships and a qualification
    for the 2018 USL Nationals
  • Served as an assistant coach at NCAA Division I Saint Francis
  • Helped a player at Saint Francis make the German World Cup Team in 2013
  • Coached a Northeast Conference Women’s Lacrosse Scholar-Athlete of the Year
  • Worked as an education clinic manager at US Lacrosse, where she creased the
    number of coaching clinics by 40 in one year, recruited 10 new level 1 and 2 trainers
    for Coaching Education Program and trained over 4,500 new coaches in 2012,
    growing the number of certified coaches by 33 percent

  • Graduated with a degree in economics from Salisbury in 2010
  • Helped Salisbury to a 40-2 record and a perfect 14-0 record
  • Participated in the NCAA Division III Women’s Lacrosse Tournament all three seasons
    including winning the national championship in her senior campaign
    and the national semifinals in her sophomore year
  • Named an IWLCA First-Team All-American and the womenslacrosse.com
    Division III Defensive Player of the Year in her final two campaigns while also
    garnering a Division III All-Region first-team selection in 2009 and a spot on the
    ECAC Division III All-Metro/South All-Star second team in 2010

  • Married to the 2004 Northeast Conference Men’s Basketball Preseason
    Defensive Player of the Year Joey Goodson, who also serves as an
    assistant coach on Tom Rose’s men’s basketball staff at Goucher
  • The couple has three children
