LETTER TO PROSPECTIVE STUDENT ATHLETES

Dear Prospective Goucher Gopher,

I am excited to learn of your interest in Goucher College and our Women’s Basketball program! To become better acquainted with our Basketball Program, take a moment and review the following: Program Philosophy, Coaching Philosophy, and The Road to Becoming a Gopher. I am proud to be a GOPHER, and my commitment to this program dates back to my days as an undergrad. It is my goal to prepare our student athletes for life experiences beyond Goucher, as well as lead the program into competitive excellence. We expect to be a contender in the competitive Landmark Conference and compete for NCAA Championships in the future.

Presently we are building a solid foundation as our program continually grows year to year. We recognize the importance of instilling a strong culture which takes pride in creating a legacy of its own, one that we can all be proud of.  You can smile and feel secure in that the classes of 2012 and 2013 will cement another building block for success!
