Clinic Fee - $65 Per Player if attending ONLY one session; $95 Per Player if attending both sessions (September 22, 2019)

Schedule

            9:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Lacrosse Session)

            11:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Lunch and Q & A session)

            1:00 PM – 3:30 PM  (Field Hockey Session)

Please print and sign THIS WAIVER to take part in the camp. The applicant can not participate in the ID Clinic without a signed waiver.
