Equestrian Has Impressive Showing at University of Maryland

College Park, Md.- Goucher competed at the University of Maryland this weekend. The team was reserve high point team today and Adriana Hardin was reserve high point rider. Simcha McGowan was able to qualify for Regionals in Novice Flat. McGowan was not the only regional qualifier she will be joined by Sues Hardee who qualified in first in limit flat. Kellen Sullivan had two second place finishes in Open Flat and Open Fences. Limit Flat had two podium placers with Ella Smith recieving first and Quinn Kirkpatrick with third place. Goucher's Gidi Katz won first in intro and was joined by Alana Acker in third place. Zoe Wright-Riley won in Limit Fences and was joined by Christina Mlynarski who received fourth. The Gophers will be competing at the Zone IV Regional Championship March 16th and 17th.
