E.A. Jackson Steps Down From Field Hockey Post

TOWSON, Md. - Goucher College Director of Athletics Dr. Andrew Wu announced Thursday that E.A. Jackson has resigned as head coach of the Gopher field hockey program for a professional opportunity outside of collegiate athletics.

Named the program's head coach in December, 2022, Jackson guided Goucher to a five-win improvement from the previous season in 2023.  The Gophers also had a pair of players named Landmark All-Conference in Kaitlyn Bucci and Katie Bloom.

A national search for Jackson's successor will begin immediately.
