Men’s Basketball Defeated By Scranton in Landmark Conference Opener, 85-66

SCRANTON, Pa. - On Saturday the Goucher College Men's Basketball team traveled to take on the Scranton University Royals for their Landmark Conference Opener. Ultimately, Goucher was defeated by Scranton by 19 points.

Starting senior Gabe Ceribelli (Monkton, Md.) tied his highest-scoring game of the season and put up more points than anyone else on the team. Ceribelli went 3-7 on three-pointers, scored two additional field goals, and went 4-6 from the line.

Sophomore Timmy O'Farrell (Davidsonville, Md.) turned in his most impressive performance of the season with 13 points on the board. O'Farrell scored 3-4 three-pointers and put up two additional field goals.

The Gophers will be back in action on Monday, December 3rd, at Washington College at 7 PM.
