Gophers Tie for Tenth at Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic
WAYNESBORO, PA- The Goucher College Gophers tied for tenth at the Mason-Dixon Collegiate Classic on Sunday afternoon. After a day one score of 315 (+27) and day two score of 308 (+20), the team finished with a final score of 623 (+47).
Juniors, Riley Ruby and Tyler Lynch both tied for 29th place. Ruby shot the same score on both days, 75 (+6). His final score was 150 (+6). Lynch had a score of 76 (+4) on day one and 74 (+2) on day two. Lynch finished with a score of 150 (+6).
Maxime Pocat ended the competition tying for 66th. He shot 80 (+8) on day one and 81 (+9) on day two. This brings his total score to 161 (+17).
Tying for 77th was Ryan Combs. He ended day one with a score of 85 (+13) and shot better on day two with a score of 78 (+6). His two day score is 163 (+19).
Rounding out the Gophers was Andy Hill Garcia. His day one score was 84 (+12) and day two was 83 (+11). He finished the course tied for 87th.
Goucher tees off next at Stevenson on Monday, October 13.
