Hannan to Coach Division III South Team in May 28 Contest


PERRY, N.Y. — Not only is the U.S. Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association bringing its annual North/South Senior All-Star Games to the Goucher College campus, but it has announced that Kyle Hannan will be coaching one of the four all-star squads.

The games will take place on Beldon Field as part oif a doubleheader on Friday, May 28. The Division III contest will be played at 3 p.m. and will be followed at 5:30 p.m. by the Division I/II game.

Tickets for the 2010 LaxWorld/USILA North/South games will cost $5 and will be sold only the day of the event.

Hannan, who is in his 10th season as the head coach of Goucher's men's lacrosse program, has been selected to guide the Division III South Team. The Division III North Team will be coached by John Klepacki from Western New England.

The coaches of the Division I/II teams are: Jim Nagle from Colgate (North) and Tom Gravante from Mount St. Mary's (South).

This will be Hannan's second time as a coach in the North/South Games. He was a Division III South coach in 1998 when the event was held in Rochester, N.Y.
