Landmark Recognizes Boncaro for Offensive Performance

Four Goas, Five Assists for Sophomore Attackman vs. Moravian


MADISON, N.J. — Goucher's Kyle Boncaro (Geneva, N.Y./Geneva) was named the Landmark Conference's Offensive Player of the Week for the sport of men's lacrosse for April 19-25, according to an announcement that came out of the conference office this morning.

Goucher's only game during the week was in Gopher Stadium against Moravian and head coach Kyle Hannan's squad defeated the Greyhounds, 17-6. Boncaro scored twice in the first quarter and once in the second period before his fourth and final goal of the contest provided the Gophers with a 12-1 advantage in the third period.

In addition to his four goals, Boncaro was awarded five assists, giving him a team-leading total of 55 points through 14 games this season.
