Bio
Matt Jahries joined the Goucher College coaching staff as an assistant coach, bringing leadership, discipline, and a team-first approach to the program. A graduate of Roanoke College, Jahries completed a successful five-year collegiate lacrosse career while balancing the demands of academics and athletics.
A dependable defensive presence for the Maroons, Jahries was known for his communication, preparation, and ability to perform in high-pressure situations. His experience competing at a high level helped shape the core qualities he brings to coaching, including accountability, adaptability, and a strong commitment to team success.
Originally from Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland, Jahries is dedicated to continued professional growth and looks forward to contributing his work ethic and passion for the game to the Goucher program.
