    TOWSON, Md. - Goucher College men's head soccer coach Bryan Laut has announced that Andrew Mpasiakos has joined the Gophers program as an assistant coach. Mpasiakos began his duties at Goucher last month. 
  • Men’s Soccer’s Phillips Named to United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-South Region Team

    Senior midfielder Drew Phillips (Hoosick Falls, N.Y./Hoosick Falls Central School) of the men’s soccer team was honored for his work in the classroom by the United Soccer Coaches, as Phillips was named to the NCAA Division III Men’s Scholar All-South Region First Team.
  • Mt. Pleasant, Phillips, Cohen Named All-Landmark Conference Men’s Soccer Team

    Three Goucher College Men’s Soccer players were named to the 2017 All-Landmark Conference teams on Thursday. Seniors Scott Mt. Pleasant (Clifton Park, N.Y./Shenendehowa) and Drew Phillips (Hoosick Falls, N.Y./Hoosick Falls Central School), along with sophomore Brandon Cohen (Redondo Beach Calif./Redondo Union) were all tabbed to the Second Team at their positions.
  • Goucher Loses at Nationally Ranked Drew

    Goucher (6-7-5, Landmark 1-4-2) dropped a 4-1 decision on Saturday to #11 nationally ranked Drew University in Madison, NJ.  With the victory over the Gophers, the Rangers complete an undefeated season in the Landmark Conference and finish their regular season undefeated (17-0-1).
  • Gophers Match Against Shoremen Ends in Draw

    After playing 110 minutes of soccer the Goucher College men's soccer program (6-6-5, Landmark 1-3-2) battled the Washington College Shoremen to a 0-0 draw tonight, making this the eighth game the team has gone into overtime in the 2017 season, and the fifth occasion they have gone into double overtime.

    On a day when Goucher honored its graduating seniors (Elton Kativhu (Harare, Zimbabwe), Sam Bloxam (Center Valley Pa.), Scott Mt. Pleasant (Clifton Park, N.Y.) and Drew Philips (Hoosick Falls, N.Y.) Goucher College men's soccer team (6-5-4, Landmark 1-3-2) lost 3-1 to the Royals from Scranton University (9-6-0, Landmark 2-3-0) Saturday afternoon at Beldon Field in a Landmark Conference battle of two teams fighting for the fourth and final playoff spot.
