SALISBURY, Md. - Host Salisbury University posted an 8-1 win over Goucher College in non-conference men's tennis Sunday morning at the SU Indoor Tennis Center.
- Salisbury (4-0) swept doubles from Goucher (2-3).
- The Sea Gulls dropped just five games in doubles play.
- Gabe Naftoly posted a win at No. 2 singles for the second straight day, with his opponent retiring after he won the first set 7-5. Naftoly led the second set 4-1.
- Angel Cerpa went three sets at No. 5 before falling to his opponent 2-6, 6-0, 6-0.
- The Gophers' spring home opener is set for Wednesday, when it is slated to take on Kutztown at 10 am and St. Mary's (Md.) at 4 pm.
