TOWSON, Md. - The Goucher College men's tennis team fell to Kutztown University 7-2 at home in a non-conference match-up Wednesday afternoon.
- The Gophers fell 1-2 in doubles play.
- Benedikt Rummel and Angel Cerpa won in the No. 2 doubles matchup 8-5.
- Rummel secured the win in No. 5 singles, 3-6, 6-4, 10-7.
- Calis Nguyen forced an extra set in No. 4 singles, 6-4, 1-6, 4-6.
- In the No. 2 singles matchup, Gabe Naftoly kept a close match ultimatley falling 3-6, 5-7.
- The Gophers travel to face Drew this Saturday at 1pm in a rematch of last season's Landmark Conference final.
- Goucher returns home on Thursday, April 18th to face Catholic at 3:30pm.
