Bio
Kevin Shaner joined Goucher as an Assistant Coach of the men’s and women’s tennis teams in September 2025.
Prior to joining Goucher, Shaner was the head men’s and women’s tennis coach at Harford Community College. In his final year there, Shaner led the men’s team to a Top 10 national ranking.
A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Shaner graduated with a degree in Music Education from West Chester University. He taught music in the Baltimore County school system before becoming a tennis coach.
