COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. — Goucher had entrants in two events at the Collegeville Classic tonight.
Zachary Byrum (Stafford, Va./Brooke Point) completed the 60-meter dash in 7.53 seconds, good for 36th place in a field of 66 runners.
Christian Ribeiro (Silver Spring, Md./Bethesda-Chevy Chase) took part in the shot put competition where he finished in 48th place off an effort of 7.35 meters (24'1 1/2").
The Gophers did not earn a team score.
The next event on Goucher's 2014-15 schedule are the Patriot Games, which take place Saturday, Jan. 31, in Fairfax, Va.
