Goucher Produces Second-Place Performers in 100 Dash, 10K

Scipione Completes 400 in :54.95, Third Place at York Spring Opener
YORK, Pa. — Goucher produced the runners-up in the 100-meter
dash and the 10,000-meter run at today's York Spring Opener.
Freshman Will Evans III (Baltimore, Md./Overlea) placed second behind Josh Light from Lebanon Valley in the 100. Light's winning time was :11.40 and Evans completed the event in :11.48.
Senior Zach Martin (Victor, N.Y./Victor) was clocked at 35:28.71 in the 10K, good for second place. Only William Andrew from Hood (35:04.53) crossed the finish line ahead of Martin.
Junior Adam Scipione (Walpole, Mass./Walpole) placed third in the 400-meter dash with his time of :54.95.
