Before Goucher: Two-sport athlete at Las Cruces High School where he played basketball and was member of the track & field team...led the Bulldawgs to a runner-up finish in the New Mexico State Championship...led the team in rebounded during his junior campaign...finished eighth in the state triple jump...finished second in the district in triple jump and 300m hurdles.
