Tom Rhodes
Bio

Tom Rhodes begins his fourth season as an assistant for the Goucher cross country and track and field programs. A 2006 graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pa., he received his master’s degree in education, with an at-risk diverse learners specialization, from Goucher in May, 2013.

While at Dickinson, Rhodes was a two-time all-region and three-time all-conference performer in cross country for the Red Devils. During his senior season, he was a NCAA qualifier in cross country and he also earned all-conference honors in track. The Philadelphia native graduated from Dickinson with an English degree.

Rhodes has personal-best times of 24:24 (8K), 31:10 (10K), 48:49 (10 mile) and 2:23.14 (marathon). Prior to coming to Goucher, he served as a coach at Archbishop Wood HS (2007) and Bell Multicultural HS (2008-2011). In his free time, Rhodes enjoys running, reading and writing.
