Women's Swimming Earns 11th Straight CSCAA Scholar All-America Nod
RICHMOND, Va. - The Goucher College women's swimming team was honored by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) as it was named to the Spring, 2022 CSCAA Scholar All-America Team announced earlier this week. The Gophers were one of 731 teams honored across all levels of collegiate swimming.
In order to be eligible for the CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, a team must compile a 3.0 team GPA for the semester.
The Gophers compiled a 3.59 team grade point average for the spring 2022 semester. Goucher was honored as a member of the CSCAA Scholar All-America team for the 11th consecutive semester dating back to the 2016-17 season.
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
