GAME NOTES

• The Goucher women's golf team heads up to compete in the NYU Fall Invitational just outside of the Big Apple in Bloomfield, N.J.
• It is the first time the team has competed in a New York University event
• The Gophers are one of nine teams competing in the event
• Christina Pevey paced the Gophers at the Eastern Fall Invitational on Wednesday
• Two-time all-conference selection Emmie Starchvick and Lauren O'Leary will both miss the fall season while they are studying abroad and Christina Pevey will miss some of the spring studying abroad but will be back for the championships
• Goucher will host both the Landmark Conference Fall Preview and the Landmark Conference Women's Golf Championships this year
• The Gophers wrap up the fall season at the Landmark Conference Fall Preview on October 19-20
