Women's Golf Finishes Day Two of the Cardinal Fall Classic
HAGERSTOWN, MD- The Goucher Women's Golf Team finished day two of the Cardinal Fall Classic. After a day one team score of 390 (+102) and a day two score of 395 (+107), the team finished in eighth place overall with a final score of 785 (+209).
Senior Keeli Satterfield led the Gophers on both days. She finished the Cardinal Fall Classisc tied for 29th. Satterfield completed the course with a round one score of 85 (+13) and a day two score of 95 (+23). Her final score was 180 (+36).
Fellow senior Isa Schenk was not far behind Satterfield. She finished in 33rd place. She finished with a final score of 182 (+38). Schenk completed day one with 92 (+20) and shot better day with a score of 90 (+18).
Jillian Spooner moved up one spot on day two. She finished in 43rd with a final score of 207 (+63). Spooner had a major improvement on day two with her score going from 108 (+36) (day one) to 99 (+27) (day two).
Sophomore Katelynn Roberts completed the classic in 45th place. Her day one score was 105 (+33) and a day two score of 111 (+39) to add up to a final score of 216 (+72).
The Gophers tee off next at Stevenson on Thursday, October 2nd.
