Schenk Leads Gophers After Day Two at McDaniel
ABBOTTSTOWN, PA - The Goucher College Gophers traveled for day two of the McDaniel Spring Invitational. After a day one score of 473 (+183) and a day two score of 431 (+143). After a final score of 904 (+328), Goucher ended the course in 11th place.
Senior Isa Schenk led the way for the Gophers, finishing in 26th place. Schenk finished the first day with a score of 100 (+28) and she shot better on the second day with a score of 91 (+19). She ended the two-day competition with a final score of 191 (+47).
Following Schenk was Keeli Satterfield, tying for 29th. She earned a score of 96 (+24) on day one and set a score of 98 (+26) on day two. She had a total score of 194 (+50).
Katelynn Roberts finished both days with a score of 106 (+34) and a final score of 212 (+68). Roberts finished the course in 45th place. Josie Grosser rounded out the Gophers in 57th place with a round one score of 171 (+99) and shot better in round two with a score of 136 (+64). She completed the two-day course with a score of 307 (+163).
The Gophers are back in action on Monday, April 6th when they head to Stevenson.
