Cole to Represent Goucher in North-South Game
GRAND LAKE, Colo. — Goucher's Colleen Cole (Holliston, Mass./Northfield Mt. Hermon School) has been selected to participate in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association's 2011 North-South Games.
Division III Contest Will Take Place June 11 at 2 p.m.
GRAND LAKE, Colo. — Goucher's Colleen Cole (Holliston, Mass./Northfield Mt. Hermon School) has been selected to participate in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Association's 2011 North-South Games.
Cole, a four-year letterwinner who supplied the Gophers with 26 goals and 16 assists, 27 ground balls, 36 draw controls and 13 caused turnovers as a senior, will suit up as a midfielder for the Division III South squad, which will be coached by Heather Greer from Messiah.
The IWLCA North-South Games will involve a total of 109 student-athletes and will take place June 11 at the United Sports Training Center in Downingtown, Pa. The Division I game is set for noon, followed at 1 p.m. by the Division II contest and then the Division III squads will square off at 2 p.m.
