Lazzini, Smith, Women's Lacrosse Recognized by IWLCA for Classroom Work

2024 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll Release

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. - Rising seniors Amelia Lazzini and Molly Smith of the Goucher College field hockey team have each been named to the 2024 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III Academic Honor Roll.  To be eligible for this honor, student-athletes must be a junior, senior or graduate student and have earned a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.

In addition, the Gopher women's lacrosse team was named an IWLCA Academic Honor Squad for the 2023-24 academic year.  Goucher posted a 3.37 team GPA this past academic year.  Programs must earn at least a 3.2 in order to be eligible.

Lazzini is a psychology major from McDonald, Pennsylvania, while Smith is a Economics major from Damascus, Maryland.
