Regopoulos Named to All-Landmark Conference Second Team

TOWSON, MD – Junior Alexis Regopoulos has been named Second Team All-Landmark following her performance at the Landmark Conference Swimming & Diving Championships last weekend.

The announcement of Regopoulous’ honoring marks the third year in a row that she has been named Second Team All-Landmark in the 1650 free. During her freshman campaign, she was also recognized on the Second Team in the 500 free.

At the Landmark Swimming & Diving Championships, her other top finishes included third in the 500 free (5:17.76) and ninth in the 200 free (1:59.73). Her time in the 200 free is personal best for the junior from Fitchburg, MA. 

The Goucher College women’s swimming team finished sixth at the Landmark Conference Championships with a score of 229 points, improving on their eighth place finish during the 2015-16 campaign.
