Second Annual Evelyn Dyke Schroedl '62 Doubles Tennis Classic Set for October 23

TOWSON, Md. - The second annual Evelyn Dyke Schroedl '62 Doubles Tennis Classic is set for Saturday, October 23 as part of Blue & Gold Weekend on the Goucher College campus.

The EDS Doubles Classic will be open to players of all ages, gender, and skill level as we look to have a fun weekend of doubles competition to celebrate the game of tennis. Teams may be same gender or co-ed, each doubles pairing will be placed into separate skill divisions using each player's UTR and/or USTA NTRP rating. Each division will set up as a compass draw, with all three matches on Saturday, October 23rd. Each match will be an eight game pro set with ad scoring.  Matches begin at 10 am on Saturday.

Registration is $40 per player and all proceeds from the event will go towards fundraising for the Goucher men's and women's tennis programs.
