Anais Dhillon Named Landmark Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week

TOWSON, Md. - Goucher College women's tennis senior Anais Dhillon (Cambridge, England/Hills Road Sixth Form College) was named the Landmark Conference Women's Tennis Athlete of the Week after leading the Gophers to a 3-0 weekend this past weekend.

Dhillon went a combined 6-0 in singles and doubles play at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles.  She led the Gophers in a 7-2 win over Elizabethtown and a 5-4 win over defending Landmark Conference champion Moravian that moved the Gophers to their first 3-0 start in the conference since 2012-13.  Dhillon completed the weekend with singles and doubles wins against Harford Community College on Sunday.

Goucher is back in action Wednesday afternoon, hosting Catholic for a 4 pm Landmark Conference match at the Schroedl Tennis Center.
