SALISBURY, Md. - Host Salisbury University (4-2) swept Goucher College (3-2) 9-0 in non-conference women's tennis Saturday afternoon at the SU Tennis Center.
- Salisbury jumped out to a 3-0 lead after doubles.
- The closest match for the Gophers was at No. 2, where Natalia Navarro (Francisco Morazan, Honduras / Del Campo School) and Eliza Abady (Dobbs Ferry, N.Y./The Masters School) dropped an 8-4 decision.
- The Sea Gulls won all six singles matches in straight sets.
- Navarro dropped a 6-3, 6-3 decision at No. 1.
- Ceri McCaffrey (Ardsley, N.Y./Ardsley) fell 7-5 in the first set of a 7-5, 6-1 defeat at No. 2.
