CHESTERTOWN, Md. - The Goucher Women's Tennis Team opened the spring season facing Washington College (Md.). They fell 7-2 against the Shoremen.
- Natalia Navarro and Lucy Ingraham recorded the only win in the #1 doubles matchup 7-5.
- In the #2 doubles match, Shelby Meek and Eliza Abady fell after going into a tie breaker 6-7 (5-7).
- Navarro recorded the only win in singles as well in the #1 singles match, fighting to a third set 7-6 (7-4), 4-6, 11-9.
- Ingraham battled to three sets in the #2 singles, falling 3-6, 6-2, 8-10.
- The women travel to face Salisbury on February 28th. They will return home on March 22nd to face Lycoming in the Landmark Conference matchup.
