Kellon Sets New Indoor School Record in 300 Meters

Time of :44.31 Betters McCulley's :47.00 from February 2001

PRINCETON, N.J. — Goucher's Jaclyn Kellon (Cleveland Heights, Ohio/St. Peter Chanel) broke an indoor school record today that was established nearly 10 years ago.

While competing at the New Year's Invitational, the sophomore turned in a time of :44.31 in the 300-meter dash to finish in 32nd place, but third among the 11 Division III entrants. Prior to today, the fastest time ever by a Goucher female in that event was :47.00 by Jen McCulley on Feb. 17, 2001.
