Women's Cross Country Earns a Handful of Personal Records

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Gophers spent the day traveling to compete at the Howard University Bison Invitational. Terrica Thornton-Fillyaw led the pack with a personal record time of 21:53.63, earning her a top 20 spot. Freshman Kalia Kiyoi also ran a personal best 22:28.36, rounding out the Gophers' top 20 finishes. More Gophers ran personal records today, with Daya Sathyaraj running a 23:13.97 and Skye Washington running a 23:36.94. Imaya Edmonds ran a season-best time of 24:16.40. Lastly, for the Gophers, Daisy Donahoe ran a 28:36.18.
Their next competition will be the Landmark Championship on Saturday, November 1st.
