Srour Named A Landmark Conference Cross Country Athlete Of The Week
BALTIMORE, Md. – Isabel Srour (Potomac, Md./Winston Churchill), a member of the Goucher College cross country team, has been named a Landmark Conference Athlete of the Week.
With the unprecedented cancellation of an official fall sports season due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Landmark will recognize an athlete from each member institution in each conference-sponsored fall sport for the remainder of the academic year. Honorees were nominated for recognition by their respective institutions.
Srour completed on the Goucher women's cross country team for two years. She notched her best finish with a sixth-place standing at the Goucher Cross Country Classic in 2019 to help the Blue and Gold to the team victory. Srour finished 71st at the 2017 Landmark Conference Cross Country Championships in her only conference championship meet.
The Landmark Conference will also honor seniors from field hockey (Mickey Nelson), men's soccer (Matt Gilley), women's soccer (Alyssa Hodnik), and women's volleyball (Friday).
