Opening Tip

• Goucher will participate in its second tournament of the year when the squad travels to the West Palm Beach Tournament hosted by Oglethorpe University on Friday and Saturday
• The Gophers will face the Stormy Petrels for the first time in program history in the first game of the tournament on Friday
• Goucher will face either Geneva or Merchant Marines in the consolation/championship game on Saturday
• If the Gophers face Geneva it will be the first meeting between the two schools while it would be the 19th meeting against the former Landmark Conference foe Merchant Marine

• This season marks the 25th Anniversary of the 1994-95 team that won the Capital Athletic Conference Tournament title and defeated the defending NCAA Division III National Champion Lebanon Valley for the college's first-ever NCAA Tournament win
