Juniata Fends Off the Gophers

Towson, Md.- Goucher (6-7, 1-4 Landmark) competed in a confrence contest against the Eagles of Juniata College (5-7, 3-2 Landmark) this afternoon. Juniata keep their lead throughout the game winning 17-6. 

• Juniata scores the first two goals to begin the scoring. 
• Goucher wins the draw control leading to the first Gopher goal by Katie Bloom (11:30). 
• Gophers round up three ground balls. 
• Assisted by Wrenn Harney, K. Bloom adds another goal to the scoreboard (9:00).
• Six draw controls are won by the Gophers. 

• The Eagles maintain their lead and score the first goal of the quarter (13:57).

• Goalie, Sydney Lewis, had four saves.
