The Landmark Conference, which is in its third year of competition and is comprised of eight like-minded institutions in the mid-Atlantic region, today recognized 369 student-athletes for their academic accomplishments by placing them on the on the 2009 Fall Landmark Conference Academic Honor Roll. Forty of the honorees are from Goucher.

Kellen Matthews (Northboro, Mass./Algonquin Regional), who has been Goucher's starting goalkeeper in every game the past three seasons, and Sisley Pumilia (Spofford, N.H./Keene), one of the all-time leading scorers in the history of the school's women's soccer program, are both second-team selections on the 2009 All-Landmark Conference Women's Soccer Team.
