  • The Goucher women's tennis team opens up its 2019-20 season at home against Rutgers-Camden on Sunday
  • Rutgers-Camden defeated the Gophers 6-3 last season in Camden, N.J.
  • Goucher advanced to the Landmark Conference Championships last season for the first time since 2013
  • The squad returns all but two players that graduated from last year's team including Landmark Conference Rookie of the Year and All-Landmark Conference second-team selection Anais Gill and her doubles partner Mandile Mpofu, who earned all-conference doubles second-team honors
  • Ceri McCaffrey is the lone newcomer on the team
  • The team will look dramaticallly different in the spring with the December graduation of Mpofu and the return of Haddie Hill (abroad), Morgan Hartman (abroad), Tes DeJaeger (volleyball) and Alex Coffin (volleyball) from their fall commitments
  • Goucher will be home for five of the six dates in the fall and look forward to opening The Evelyn Dyke Schroedl '62 Tennis Center in the spring
