  • Christina Pevey finished eighth to lead the Goucher College women's golf team to a seventh-place standing at the Eagle Invitational on Sunday.
  • Pevey shot an 86 in the first round and an 84 in the second round to finish with a two-round score of 170 to place eighth and 15 strokes behind the medalist.
  • Emmie Starchvick (17th place, 177), Danielle Pena (31st place, 208), Lauren O'Leary (33rd place, 213), Kiana Haskins (35th place, 226).
  • The Gophers finished seventh at a 370 in the first round and a 398 in the second round for a two-round total of 768.
