Jarvis Earns Best Finish of Championships in Final Day
BALTIMORE, MD - The Goucher College women's swim team competed in the final day of the Landmark Conference Championships on the campus of Loyola University Maryland. At the conclusion of the event, the women finished in 10th with a total of 63 points.
Harper Sutton kicked off the final day for the Gophers in the 200 Yard Backstroke, earning 19th with a time of 3:14.04. Shortly after, Alana Moore competed in the 100 Yard Freestyle Preliminaries, finishing in 1:05.15 for 34th place.
Kan Jarvis earned the highest finish in an individual event, earning 11th in the B finals of the 200 Yard Butterfly (2:33.22). To round out the championships, the 400 Yard Freestyle Relay team, consisting of Kaitlyn Firth, Moore, Sutton, and Jarvis, finished 10th with a final time of 4:27.50.
This event concludes the 2025-2026 season for Goucher women's swimming. The team will return to action late in the fall.
