GLEN ALLEN, Va. — The National Field Hockey Coaches Association has released its individual and team academic honors for the 2014 season, with Goucher featured on each of the three award lists.
TOWSON, Md. —Thirteen student-athletes with a perfect 4.0 grade-point average. Seventeen programs with a GPA over 3.0. It all adds up to a 30th-straight semester of academic excellence for Goucher’s athletic department.

The Honor Roll recognizes all fall student athletes who have reached sophomore standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher.

BALTIMORE — A dominant advantage in possession was eventually reflected on the scoreboard for Goucher this afternoon, as the Gophers tied a program record for penalty corners earned in a 3-0 shutout victory at Notre Dame (Md.).
MADISON, N.J. — Goucher couldn't prevent its current losing streak from reaching four games today, but head coach Megan Williams' squad did avoid being shut out for a third time during the skid by not throwing in the towel before the final horn.
WASHINGTON — Goucher entered tonight’s contest with the unenviable task of trying to contain a Catholic squad coming off six consecutive victories, including a 3-1 win against a Salisbury squad which had been ranked No. 1 in the nation for Division III field hockey.
